Eddie Martella
Eddie uses a professional approach to real estate, focusing on serving his clients. His focus extends not only from the start to the close of the home buying process but also beyond the sell. Eddie's biggest goal is to create a positive home buying experience, providing excellent service so his clients keep coming back. 90% of his clients are referrals.
Eddie claims, "I am a real estate consultant – not a real estate salesperson. I'm not chasing commissions or obsessed by moving inventory. As an Exclusive Buyer's Agent, my objective is to help home buyers buy their dream home at the lowest cost."
Prior to joining Best Buyer's Broker Realty, most of Eddie's experience in real estate has been working with buyers in a traditional real estate office. In this environment, Eddie has come to realize that real estate agents almost always represent the seller and not the buyer. After all, it is the goal of the real estate office to make commission off the seller's listing.
In order to protect the buyer and have the buyer's best interest at hand, Eddie has chosen to work as an Exclusive Buyer Agent. Now, he works 100% for the buyer without any conflict of interest.
Eddie has lived in Suffolk county for 45 years and has been a resident of Smithtown for 25 years. Before getting involved in real estate, Eddie was a Postmaster for the U.S. Postal Service for 34 years. His hobbies include golf and investing in real estate. He is the President of the Suffolk County Cooleys Anemia Foundation and has been active in the organization for 25 years.
